A Weekend of Learning, Fun, and Connecting with Other’s

Friday – (Optional) Arrival after 4 PM for meet and greet
Saturday – Program starts at 11 AM Sharp! ( 9 – 10 AM arrival)
Sunday – Program ends at 2 PM after lunch
Conference will take place rain or shine
Greenfield Park, NY (90 min from Wayne, NJ & 75 min from Nyack, NY)
One of our preppers is making his 38 acre property available for the weekend
Address and directions will be given with reservation and payment
A Weekend Conference, designed to present several hands-on demos in prepping skills. A great opportunity to network with other prepper’s!
Possible skills to be covered in the weekend
Canning and Preserving – Making Sprouts – Use of Sun Solar Oven – Compass Use
Dehydrating by Electric – Dehydrating by Sun – Fire Starting – Bug out Bag Study
Water Purification – “Be Prepared” Surprise Exercise” – Shortwave Radio – Lecture on Food Storage (Dietary, Amounts, Rotation) etc…….
We need prepper’s to step forward and offer to present a skill demo!
Please contact Claire and make a firm commitment ASAP. Bring your prepping skill!! You don’t have to be an expert. Research, learn, practice and then share it with the group. This is about helping, teaching, & giving.
Deadline for preppers to submit a skill for demo is August 15th.
New members are welcome and encouraged to present.
We already have volunteers for: Dehydrating by Electricity, Solar Oven Use, Compass skills & “Be Prepared” Surprise Exercise
If we don’t get enough volunteers to present, we will have to cancel the conference.
Lodging is $25 pp per night for a bed or $40 for a couple
Camping is $10.00 pp per night or $15 for a couple
Conference Fee is $25 pp, for the weekend. Presenter’s only pay $10
Food is $35 pp. Includes: Breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday

Deadline for reservations is August 31st. Payment must be made in full via Pay Pal.
Full refund will be made until 10 days prior to event. Full refund if Conference is cancelled.
Between 15-25, depending on sleeping requirements. Plenty of room for camping
We currently have 6 guests reserved as of July 15th. We will accept a Waiting List.
Depending on couples/singles there are rustic, but comfortable sleeping arrangements for approximately 15-17. This includes combinations of beds, bunks, and mattresses on floor, in main house, separate building, two cabins and a 40 foot RV. Bring your own sheets and/or sleeping bags, towel & pillow cases. Pillows are provided. First to book will get priority for sleeping accommodations.
Two preppers have generously volunteered to buy all the food, bring it up and make Saturday’s dinner to keep the cost down. Volunteer & bring a helping hand in the kitchen
Breakfast– cold cereal, bagels & cream cheese, fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, juice, yogurt, muffins, coffee & tea & milk. ( Saturday Breakfast served from 8:30 – 10:00 AM)
Lunch– Assorted cold cuts and rolls, tuna fish, potato salad, pasta salad, fresh fruit, dessert, soda, juice ( Saturday Lunch served around 1 PM)
Dinner– Italian style pasta, salad, sausage & peppers, dessert, soda and juice
Friday night- Everyone is on their own. Bring your dinner and eat in or we could go to a fabulous and inexpensive Mexican restaurant just 10 minutes away in Ellenville. (Best burrito I have ever had!!!)
Saturday night – Campfire ‘on the mountain’ & Storytelling
4 bathrooms are available (3 have showers)
Kitchen, stove and full size refrigerator.
Large covered pavilion.
Dining & living room areas that seats 16-18 each.
